We do not support the $27 Million Pasadena ISD Administration Building.

Pasadena ISD School Board Trustees unanimously approved the design development phase of a new Administration Building currently located at 1515 Cherrybrook Lane.

The new location will be located on Mickey Gilley Blvd near Fairmont Parkway.
The decision took place November 17, 2020 at the school board meeting.

The cost of the planned building to taxpayers would be $27 million.

We are in the middle of a pandemic where teachers, students and their families are stressed. And many are sick or have lost a loved one. Students are using laptops for virtual learning that needs to be updated.

Pasadena High and Sam Rayburn High have broken restroom stalls and toilets. South Houston High needs a paint job and has portables for classrooms. Older schools have roof leaks and air conditioning issues.
Thompson Intermediate needs to be relocated due to flooding issues.
